Grayscale Capital is a real estate solutions company that has helped hundreds of homeowners buy and sell properties. Ryan Strittmather is the founder of Grayscale Capital and serves as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He founded Grayscale Capital in November 2021 based on one simple idea: to reinvent life’s most important transaction with a new, radically simple way to sell your home. This simple idea bridges the gap between the buyer and seller, minimizing transaction costs to put more money in the seller’s pocket and generating positive economic drivers in our local market. Every home we buy creates employment opportunities for attorneys, contractors, insurance agents, realtors, title agents, local home improvement stores, and many others. We enjoy seeing our neighborhoods transformed and revitalized through our purchases that increase property values and create better housing solutions for the local community. We seek to acquire underutilized, well-located properties in the most dynamic markets. The combined expertise of our in-house team and strategic partners, allows us to provide a quality product to the marketplace with competitive pricing.
Short-term rental properties, often utilizing platforms like Airbnb™ and Vrbo™, feature specialized real estate with a medium to long-term investment horizon that generates above-market yields. We focus primarily on acquiring existing residential properties in high-demand markets below replacement cost and investing capital to increase its competitiveness. This strategy quickly builds equity in high-demand assets and generates large price-adjusted cash flow with medium management costs.
Long-term rental properties feature stabilized real estate with a long-term investment horizon and moderate leverage, giving us the ability to unlock additional value through focused asset management. We aim to acquire high-quality assets at an attractive basis in growing markets across residential and commercial asset classes. 4. Set a date at your convenience.
Once we reach an agreement, you get to choose when we close and your move-out date.
How long does it take to sell a property to Grayscale Capital?
While there are various intricacies to this question and every transaction is different, many of our properties close within 14 days, and almost all close within 30 days. There are instances where sellers need more time to relocate for whatever reason and Grayscale Capital is more than happy to accommodate for these situations as well.
